How to order

You can buy online, at exhibitions, or by telephone on 07771537217.

There is usually at least one of everything in stock unless it states sold out, or special order . Multiple orders may need to be obtained from the suppliers. Some take up to 7 days some longer, but emergency orders can sometimes be arranged. I will always let you know if there is going to be a delay so you can decide whether to cancel or change your order. Please enquire if you want more than the quantity shown as in stock.

Payment methods Pay online with Paypal, You don’t need a Paypal account just a credit card, follow the payment through until it comes to the login details and on the left hand side it gives the option to pay by credit card instead.

If you don’t have a Paypal account you can pay with your credit card or you can buy through my shop (3d jewellery) on Shop.com

I use Paypal because it gives a secure payment method, with additional protection for both parties. It also gives very good tracking information for orders. I also don’t have any access to your card details. If you pay by Paypal you will always receive a payment acknowledgement from Paypal soon after you place the order. If you don’t receive this either the payment didn’t go through or you gave the wrong email address. Paypal is used by many large companies for instance Boots.

You can also pay over the phone by card, or bank transfer. I also accept cheques, but would require the cheque to be sent before the order is dispatched.

When your order is dispatched, usually next working day, I will then email you with a tracking number. If you don’t get this within 48 hours please contact me again as sometimes emails go astray. If we receive an order and the item is delayed I will always let you know.

*please ensure the email address you use on Paypal is correct , I regularly get emails returned as no account held ,which causes problems if I need to let you know there is a problem with your order.

Returns policy

Items can be returned within 7 days if you are not happy with your selection. All earrings will come sealed . They and sets containing them can only be returned if the seal has not been opened.

All items must be returned recorded delivery and postage is not refunded.

We never have access to your credit card details if you use Paypal, if you do give your card details over the phone or by Shop.com they will be shredded after use. Any details we hold on you such as email address are never passed on to anyone else. We hate spam!

Delivery costs

Recorded delivery postage is £2.50 for any size order in the UK.

Time running out? Need something in a hurry? For faster delivery add £3 extra postage cost below, for special delivery. Please check product availability first.

Add once for special delivery & twice for international (Ireland is same as UK postage)

US postage on enquiry eg £8 small package (1 or 2 tiaras)

Customers in the USA

You are more than welcome to order from 3d jewellery and postage rates are on the right. However your order may take a couple of weeks to reach you, so I would recommend ejools who sell tiaras and jewellery in the USA and stock some of the same lines from the same suppler.
